Program Focus

Touches.
Repetition.
Purpose.

Individual training gives you more touches, more repetition, and more focus on what you need to improve, so you perform better in games.

— The Individual Development Plan
Q.01 Do you want to turn your weaknesses into strengths?
A.01 The methodology is direct: assess, define the gap, build a sequence of repetitions, and reinforce the correction until the weak point becomes stable enough to trust in games.
Q.02 Are you looking to develop faster than the rest by focusing on your personal needs, goals, and expectations?
A.02 That is exactly the role of the Individual Development Plan: fewer generic sessions, more directed progress, and a clear standard for what improvement should look like over an 8-session block.
Q.03 Do you want training designed specifically for your position and your game?
A.03 Position-specific learning is one of the core differentiators mentioned in the portfolio. Sessions are shaped around the player’s role, game moments, and decisions that matter most in competition.
Q.04 Do you feel like you're not getting enough touches on the ball in team training?
A.04 Individual work increases meaningful touches dramatically, which gives the player more repetitions, cleaner technique under guidance, and faster learning between team sessions.
Q.05 Do you want to improve specific skills that don't get enough attention in group sessions?
A.05 The program is built to isolate what the player actually needs, whether that is finishing, receiving under pressure, weaker-foot work, first-step explosiveness, or position-specific execution.
Q.06 Have you ever missed a pass or shot in a game and thought, “I need to work on that”?
A.06 Solo Talentos turns those game moments into training material. Missed actions become field studies, then targeted repetitions, then corrected habits.
Q.07 Do you want more repetitions to build confidence in real game situations?
A.07 Confidence is treated as a training outcome, not a motivational slogan. High-quality repetitions, immediate correction, and clear objectives help players trust what they can execute on match day.
Q.08 Are you ready to train with purpose and improve every session?
A.08 The current program language is built around intention: tailored curriculum, active player involvement, immediate feedback, and session design that leads to real improvement instead of just more activity.
